# 11

This is the one I couldn't wait to check off - Ordering our new home! And Thursday, June 15th, 2006 we did it! Now comes the really hard part of waiting for it's arrival. Unfortunately it won't be coming until the end of September, but it's pretty hard to get depressed over that....it's coming!! Finally!!

# 23 & # 36

This past Saturday we ordered a new couch and loveseat. It was one of those times when you really didn't think you were actually going to buy that day but then when you get there, you're like why not? Renaud's was having their anniversary sale and they had a special where if you bought the sofa, you got the loveseat half-price. Some of you have probably seen the advertising. It's really nice. It looks like leather but is actually softer, not so loud when you move. It's almost the same color as our cabinets are going to be in the new house; like a cherry. A dark brownish-red. Very nice. Anyway, now I can check off # 36!

Plus today I found a really good sale on photo albums and purchased four. So there goes # 23! Now if only I could print out some photos to go inside.....

# 63 & # 64...Check! Check!

Yes it would seem that 63 and 64 are pretty much the same thing.......but who cares? Lord knows it took me long enough! But here it is - my new blog and my list of 101 Things To Do In 1001 Days! Can I possibly cross them all off in time? That remains to be seen.

# 24......Check!

Last Friday, June 2nd, we bought a van. It is a 1992 Plymouth voyager - dark burgundy in color, with grey trim. It was quite filthy when we bought it home, but after some much needed cleaning, it now looks like this:

So far it is working quite well. Jason put some new brakes on and a new fan belt, but nothing too major. Hopefully it will serve us well. The kids are loving it. Since they are sitting up higher they can see more easily out the windows.

I know the list just got posted online today, but "buying our first mini-van" was already on my hand written list for well over a week....so it still counts! So there!
